A premium dried pollock (Hwangtae) naturally dried in the highlands of DaeGwallyeong, about 700 meters above sea level. The region’s large temperature differences and cold climate, often between –10°C and –20°C, create ideal conditions for producing high-quality dried pollock. The fish is naturally air-dried for over 90 days through repeated freezing and thawing, resulting in a deep flavor and tender texture. Perfect for soups, braised dishes, and various Korean recipes.
