The Butcher’s Dining operates an online store offering a diverse range of food and beverage products for sale. Please note that certain products or Services may be exclusively available online through the website. These products or Services are subject to limited quantities and are governed by our Return Policy, which can be accessed at https://tbd.com.sg/policies/refund-policy.

While we make every effort to accurately display product colours and images, please be aware that variations may occur based on your computer monitor. We reserve the right to limit sales to specific persons, regions, or jurisdictions, and we may change product descriptions/pricing at our sole discretion. Additionally, we retain the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offers made on the site are void where prohibited.

We cannot guarantee the quality of products, Services, or the correction of errors in the Service.

4. Alcoholic Beverages:

Acknowledging that the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages are restricted to individuals aged at least 18 years, you, by placing an alcohol-containing order, affirm that you are at least 18 years old. The Butcher’s Dining and our delivery service providers reserve the right to:

• Request your identity document for age verification.
• Decline delivery to anyone who appears below 18 years old or fails to provide adequate proof of being at least 18 years old.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information:

If you wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order, including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your Order.

We reserve the right to refuse orders, limit quantities, and cancel orders at our discretion. Orders may be limited based on customer account, credit card, billing/shipping address. We strive for accurate billing and account information; therefore, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate details.

6. Purchases & Payments:

We accept various forms of online payment, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay. By engaging in transactions through the Services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. It is further understood that you will promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date.

Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. All payments shall be in Singapore dollars (SGD).

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees. By placing your order, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts. If your order is subject to recurring charges, you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge until such time as you cancel the applicable order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

7. Orders:

To make a purchase or use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. Orders become irrevocable once submitted through the website. The Butcher’s Dining is entitled, though not obliged, to process such orders without further consent, reference, or notice to you.

Upon successful order submission, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address to acknowledge the receipt of your order. However, it's important to note that this confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

If you would like to cancel an entire order, it is permissible up to 48 hours before the selected delivery date and time slot. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at +65 8208 9156. Please be aware that cancellations are subject to a 4% bank transaction fee based on your total order amount.

8. Order Cancellation:

The Butcher’s Dining reserves the right to terminate all or part of any Order received from or through the Website at our sole discretion. Reasons for termination may include unavailability of stock, unsuccessful payment for any reason, and identified errors in the price or description of the relevant product. The Butcher’s Dining is not obligated to provide a reason for terminating any Order. If we are unable to process or are terminating your Order, we will inform you via email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

• Products availability
• Errors in the description or prices for Products
• Errors in Your Order
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

9. Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies:

We are constantly updating Our offerings of Products on the Service. The Products available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Products on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

10. Delivery:

We offer delivery exclusively within Singapore. Regrettably, we do not provide overseas deliveries at this point in time. For orders totalling less than S$150, a delivery fee of S$15 will be applied.

You have the flexibility to choose your preferred delivery dates. In the event that no one is available to receive the order, our delivery service provider will leave items at the doorstep. For rescheduling, kindly notify The Butcher’s Dining at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the delivery proceeding as originally scheduled, and items will be left at the door if nobody is home.

Our delivery services involve the utilisation of third-party service providers. The Butcher’s Dining assumes no liability for any inconvenience or loss arising from late deliveries or mishandling by these third-party delivery service providers.

During adverse weather conditions, such as heavy rainfall, that may impact delivery schedules, delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such instances. Please be assured that every effort will be made to ensure a timely and secure delivery.

11. Pick-Up Orders:

For customers opting to pick up their orders, please ensure you arrive at the chosen date and time. The Butcher’s Dining will not be liable if you arrive earlier than scheduled and the items are not ready.

Upon arrival for pick-up, you may be required to show your order receipt for purchase verification.

12. Optional Tools:

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order. The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company.
