Crafted from black tea leaves grown organically in the tea fields of Boseong, this tea undergoes fermentation for several years, resulting in a flavour profile that evolves with each brew. The first brew offers the fresh acidity of black tea combined with notes of yuzu and a subtle ginger scent. Subsequent brews reveal a softer yuzu and stevia aroma.

To prepare, simply place a tea bag in 300ml of hot water at 90°C and let it steep for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes before enjoying your tea.
