Enjoy the signature taste of Gwanghwamun Mijin, Seoul’s renowned buckwheat noodle restaurant established in 1954.

This convenient two-serving set features delicately chewy buckwheat noodles paired with Mijin’s signature bibim sauce. The sauce offers a well-balanced combination of spicy, sweet, and tangy flavours, coating each strand of noodle with a rich and appetising finish.

Refreshing yet satisfying, it is perfect for enjoying as a light meal on a warm day. Add sliced cucumber, a boiled egg, fresh vegetables, or a sprinkle of sesame seeds according to your preference.

How to Prepare

1.Boil one serving in 1L of water for approximately 3–4 minutes.
2.Rinse thoroughly under cold running water and drain well.
3.Add the included bibim sauce and mix until the noodles are evenly coated.
4.Serve with the included garnish and your favourite toppings(Cucumber, cabbage, lettuce, yeolmu kimchi).
