Built on the philosophy of winter soju—where a fermented base brewed in winter is only completed by the following winter—this spirit embodies patience, clarity, and refinement.

Using vacuum distillation at low temperatures, unwanted harsh notes and bitterness are minimized, resulting in an exceptionally clean profile. After an initial 100-day maturation, the spirit undergoes further aging to achieve a softer, more balanced mouthfeel.
