Thinly sliced beef eye round, perfect for making Korean beef pancake (yukjeon).

Product information

Step 1: Gently season beef slices with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. 

Step 2: Dip beef slices in flour, then dip them in beaten eggs. 

Step 3: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. 

Step 4: Place beef slices in the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until light golden brown. Adjust heat if necessary to prevent over-browning.

Step 5: Serve the cooked beef pancake on a platter alongside Korean green onion salad or a simple dipping sauce.

Keep refrigerated and consume within three days from the delivery date. We do not recommend freezing the meat as the texture may be compromised.
