Shipping policy

Delivery is free islandwide for all orders above S$99.

For orders below S$99, the delivery fee is S$15.

We deliver daily in two time slots: 10:00AM–1:00PM and 1:00PM–8:00PM. The driver will contact you when he is arriving.

If you're not home during the chosen delivery time, we'll leave your order at your doorstep with an ice pack. If you prefer not to have items left at your doorstep, there will be a S$20 redelivery fee unless you notify us 24 hours before your selected time slot. In the event that the customer gives us the wrong address and the delivery fails, there will be a S$20 redelivery fee. You can pick up your order from our store at 593 Havelock Road, #01-03 Isetan Building, on Wednesdays to Sundays between 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please arrive only at your chosen time slot and date as the order may not be ready before that. Please pick up your order within two weeks from your chosen time slot, or the order will be kept without a refund.
