If you like Chinese gaoliang liquor, this one's a must-try. It offers a soft yet robust aroma of sweet and tangy pineapple, with the pineapple flavour intensifying over time. You'll also detect subtle hints of sweet banana as you sip. Upon swallowing, a slight bitterness emerges, accompanied by a tingling sensation on the palate due to its high alcohol content. It's best savoured slowly. 

If the high alcohol content is overwhelming, consider enjoying it as a highball by adding carbonated water or cider.
