Crafted in limited quantities exclusively from August to October, the peak of the year's heat. Differing from ordinary salt, this salt is derived through evaporation from mudflats, bearing a mild saltiness that might raise doubts if it's truly salt.

Created using the pure seawater of Sinuido Island in the mudflats, which are meticulously levelled each year and consistently maintained for cleanliness.
