Salicornia Herbacea Salt, 270g

Produced by levelling tidal flats and directly harvesting salt from them. Unlike typical tidal flat salt, which can appear greyish due to the scraping process, this salt is meticulously sourced from the pure top layer of salt. Enriched with processed glassworts, it develops a deep aromatic quality.

Use it as a seasoning or mix small portion with water to drink.
