This brewery specialises in producing plum-based alcohol. The Han creates plum wine using 100% pure plums to preserve their richness. Han Jeong-hee, who grew up on his family's plum orchard and enjoyed his grandmother's homemade plum wine, was confident he could make The Han stand out from existing plum wines.
