Seoul Makgeolli Pink is made with 100% natural ingredients, including Korea’s finest rice, clean water, and Seoul Brewery’s proprietary yeast, Seol Hwa Gok. The pink color is derived from 100% natural chrysanthemum and azalea extracts added during the fermentation process. Seoul Makgeolli is brewed carefully without any heat treatment for sterilisation, resulting in a fresher and creamier taste compared to heat-treated makgeolli. Due to the live yeast and active fermentation, this product has a short expiry to maintain the intended taste and flavour profile.
