A refined traditional Korean rice wine known for its clean and elegant character, Cheongmyeongju offers a clear expression of balance and subtle flavor.

Its name originates from “Cheongmyeong,” one of the 24 seasonal divisions in the traditional lunar calendar, when this style of wine was historically brewed. Made with rice, nuruk (fermentation starter), and water, it is carefully fermented to create a naturally smooth and harmonious profile.

Only the clear upper layer of the fermented mash is used, resulting in a transparent appearance with no cloudiness. The flavor is gentle yet layered, featuring soft grain notes, mild natural sweetness, and a crisp, clean finish.
