This convenient two-serving set features delicately chewy buckwheat noodles paired with a clean yet deeply savoury dipping sauce. Grated radish and a fragrant seaweed and sesame garnish are included, allowing you to easily recreate a refreshing Korean-style buckwheat noodle meal at home.

Simply boil the thawed noodles for 3–4 minutes, rinse thoroughly under cold water, and serve with the included sauce and toppings. Add freshly sliced spring onion, wasabi, or mustard according to your preference.

How to Prepare

1. Boil one serving in 1L of water for approximately 3–4 minutes.
2. Rinse the cooked noodles thoroughly under cold water and drain well.
3. Serve with the dipping sauce, grated radish, and seaweed and sesame garnish.
