Cooking Recommendation: To make Korean oxtail soup (sokkoritang 소꼬리탕), start by blanching the oxtail to remove any impurities. Then, cook it with radish, garlic, salt, and water, simmering slowly to extract the maximum flavour. Alternatively, braise the oxtail in a pot with your choice of vegetables and seasonings for a deeply comforting dish.
