Our Frozen Marinated LA Galbi features flanken-cut, bone-in beef short ribs sliced across the rib bones. These short ribs are marinated in our signature blend of sauce, creating a rich flavour that is a favourite in Korean BBQ. The marinated ribs are ready to grill or pan-fry after defrosting.

Cooking Recommendation: Grill the LA Galbi over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, turning only once to achieve a perfect char. Alternatively, you can pan-fry the ribs in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side.
